Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Age requirement: You may open an Account and use the Website only if you are at least 18 years of age. The Website is strictly for adults and underage gambling is a criminal offence in the United Kingdom.
  • Location and legal capacity: You must be physically located in the United Kingdom when placing Bets and you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Use from other jurisdictions may be restricted or prohibited.
  • Self-exclusion (GamStop): If you are registered with the national self-exclusion scheme GamStop, or if you have self-excluded with the Operator, you must not open or use an Account. The Operator uses appropriate checks and GamStop integration to identify self-excluded persons and will close any such Account and handle remaining funds in line with its responsible gambling obligations.

Creating an Account

  • Registration process: To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form on mrmegis.com, providing accurate and complete personal details including, at a minimum, your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and other requested information.
  • Email verification: You may be required to verify your email address by clicking on a confirmation link or following instructions sent to the email you provide. The Operator may suspend or restrict your Account until verification is completed.
  • Single Account rule: You are permitted to hold only one Account for Mr Mega on the Website. Multiple or duplicate Accounts may be closed, and Bonuses or winnings from such Accounts may be voided.

KYC, AML and Source of Funds Checks

  • Identity verification: In line with UK law and UKGC requirements, the Operator must verify your identity and age before you can gamble or withdraw funds. You may be asked to provide documents such as a valid passport or ID card, proof of address (for example, a utility bill) and, where relevant, documentation regarding the payment methods you use.
  • Anti-money laundering (AML): The Operator conducts ongoing AML checks and may request additional information to verify your source of funds ("SOF") or source of wealth. Following AML-related regulatory action in November 2022, enhanced checks, including SOF requests, may be applied particularly where your cumulative withdrawals are £2,000 or more or where your play patterns give rise to concern.
  • Timing of checks: The Operator may suspend deposits, Bets and/or withdrawals until all requested documents and information have been received and satisfactorily reviewed. If you fail to provide required documentation within a reasonable timeframe, your Account may be closed and any remaining balance returned in accordance with legal obligations.

User Obligations

  • Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all registration information and documents provided to the Operator are true, complete and not misleading. You must promptly update your details if they change.
  • Password security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity on your Account carried out using your username and password will be treated as having been carried out by you. You must inform the Operator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Use of personal payment methods: You must use only payment instruments held in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods is prohibited and may result in Account suspension, cancellation of Bets and reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Prohibited use: You must not use the Website for any illegal or fraudulent purpose, including money laundering, funding terrorism or violating any applicable law or regulation.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules of Play

  • Game rules: Each Game available on Mr Mega at mrmegis.com is subject to its specific rules, paytables and instructions, which are accessible within the Game interface (often via an "i" or "?" icon). By participating, you accept those specific rules in addition to these Terms.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has minimum and maximum Bet limits as displayed in-game. You are responsible for ensuring that the amount of each Bet is correct and within your personal limits before confirming it.
  • Currency: Bets and winnings for UK Players are normally denominated in pounds sterling (GBP). Where another currency is offered, exchange rates and currency conversion costs may apply as specified on the Website or by your payment provider.

Placing, Acceptance and Cancellation of Bets

  • Placing a Bet: A Bet is deemed placed once it has been submitted from your Account and registered on the Operator's servers. The transaction log maintained by the Operator will be conclusive evidence of the time, amount and status of each Bet.
  • Acceptance of Bet: A Bet is considered accepted only when it appears as "confirmed", "accepted" or similar in the relevant Game history. If there is any discrepancy between your on-screen display and the Operator's records, the Operator's records will prevail, subject to fairness and UK regulatory requirements.
  • Cancellation and modification: Once a Bet has been accepted, you cannot cancel or modify it. The Operator may, in its sole discretion, void or cancel a Bet (and refund the stake) where a technical error, malfunction, obvious error (including mispricing) or regulatory requirement makes doing so necessary.

Game Malfunctions, Disconnections and Errors

  • Technical malfunctions: In the event of a Game malfunction, interruption or system failure, all affected Bets and game rounds may be voided. Stakes may be refunded, and any affected winnings may be cancelled. The Operator will act fairly and in accordance with applicable regulations when resolving such incidents.
  • Disconnection during play: If you are disconnected during a Game round, the outcome may be determined by the Game server in your absence. Upon reconnection, you will be able to see the outcome and any resulting balance changes in your Account history.
  • Incorrect settlements: If a Game or Bet is incorrectly settled due to human or technical error, the Operator will correct the error, and adjust your balance accordingly, which may include reversing incorrectly credited winnings.

Conduct in Live Casino and Chats

  • Respectful behaviour: You must always behave respectfully towards live dealers, other Players and staff. Abusive, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, harassing or otherwise inappropriate language or behaviour in chat or other communication channels is strictly prohibited.
  • No collusion or cheating: You must not collude with others, use bots or automated tools, exploit software bugs, or engage in any form of cheating or unfair advantage in any Game or feature.
  • Moderation and sanctions: The Operator may monitor chat and communication channels and may mute, restrict, or permanently disable chat access, suspend or close your Account, and/or withhold funds where there is evidence of misconduct, fraud or breach of these Terms.

Responsible Gambling

  • Use of tools: The Operator provides Responsible Gambling Tools such as deposit, loss and session limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, including participation in the GamStop scheme. You are encouraged to use these tools to manage your gambling.
  • Support resources: Information about responsible gambling, including references to organisations such as BeGambleAware and GamStop, is available on the Website. These resources are provided as of February 2025 and may be updated over time.
  • Duty to act responsibly: You are responsible for monitoring your own gambling activity and for seeking assistance if you believe you may have a gambling problem. The Operator may intervene where patterns of play suggest harm, including by applying restrictions or closing your Account.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Principles

  • Separate Bonus Policy: All Bonuses and Promotions offered on Mr Mega at mrmegis.com are governed by these Terms and by the specific Bonus Policy and Promotion-specific terms published on the Website. In the event of conflict, Promotion-specific terms will normally prevail for that Promotion.
  • Qualification: Eligibility for a Bonus may depend on factors such as residence in the UK, minimum deposit amount, specific payment methods, or not having previously claimed a similar Bonus. Qualification criteria will be set out in the relevant Promotion description.
  • Bonus funds vs. real money: Your Account balance may consist of real-money funds and Bonus funds. Real-money funds are usually wagered first, followed by Bonus funds, unless the Promotion terms state otherwise.

Activation, Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

  • Activation: Some Bonuses are credited automatically when you meet the qualifying conditions (for example, making a first deposit), while others require you to opt in or enter a Bonus code. You are responsible for following the activation instructions for each Promotion.
  • Wagering requirements: Bonuses and any winnings derived from them are usually subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager a specified multiple of the Bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, before Bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable. The exact wagering multiple and any applicable caps are stated in the Bonus Policy or specific Promotion terms.
  • Time limits: Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the relevant Promotion (for example, a set number of days from when the Bonus is credited). If wagering is not completed in time, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited. Timeframes described on the Website are expressed with reference to the current promotional period and are accurate as of 2025 but may be updated.

Game Contributions, Prohibited Games and Irregular Play

  • Game contribution rates: Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, some slots may contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute less or not at all. The applicable contribution rates are listed in the Bonus Policy.
  • Prohibited or restricted games: Certain Games or categories may be excluded from Bonus play or subject to additional conditions. Wagers on such Games may not count towards wagering requirements and may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and related winnings.
  • Irregular or abusive play: Practices considered "irregular play" or Bonus abuse (such as minimal-risk betting, using multiple Accounts, collusion, or intentionally delaying completion of a game round) are prohibited. Where the Operator reasonably suspects Bonus abuse, it may withhold or confiscate Bonuses and associated winnings and may close or restrict your Account.

Combining Promotions and Bonus Cancellation

  • One Promotion at a time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, you may participate in only one Welcome Bonus or similar new-customer offer for Mr Mega at a time. The Operator may restrict the combination of multiple Promotions.
  • Opting out: You may contact customer support to request that a Bonus be removed from your Account. If you do so, you will normally lose any associated Bonus winnings that have not yet become withdrawable under the applicable wagering requirements.
  • Operator's discretion: The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any Promotion, provided that such actions are carried out fairly, transparently and in accordance with UK regulations. Changes will not affect rights already accrued where you have met the relevant conditions.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Rules

  • Payment methods: Deposits may be made using payment methods made available on the Website for UK Players from time to time, which typically include debit cards and selected e-wallets. The Operator does not currently accept cryptocurrency payments for UK Players.
  • Ownership of funds: You may deposit only from payment accounts and instruments held in your own name. The use of third-party accounts is prohibited and may lead to Account suspension, cancellation of Bets, and reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown in the cashier section. You may also set your own Responsible Gambling deposit limits, which the Operator will honour from the time they are confirmed.

Withdrawals, Processing Times and Source of Funds

  • Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals are normally processed back to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically and legally possible. If this is not possible, the Operator may choose an alternative method subject to regulatory requirements.
  • Processing times: The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier section of the Website. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider. Timeframes indicated on the Website are accurate as of 2025 but may change; the current information on the cashier page prevails.
  • KYC and SOF checks: Before approving a withdrawal, particularly where cumulative withdrawals reach or exceed thresholds such as £2,000, the Operator may request additional documentation relating to your identity and source of funds. Failure to provide such information may result in delayed or refused withdrawals and possible Account closure.

Fees, Limits and Dormant Balances

  • Fees: Any fees associated with deposits or withdrawals will be disclosed in the cashier section or otherwise on the Website. The Operator does not impose hidden charges, but your payment provider may apply its own fees.
  • Transaction limits: The Operator may apply daily, weekly or monthly limits on deposits, withdrawals or wagering, in accordance with internal risk policies, regulatory requirements and responsible gambling considerations.
  • Dormant and inactive accounts: If your Account remains inactive for a prolonged period, it may be classified as dormant and handled in accordance with applicable law and the Operator's internal policies, which may include efforts to contact you and, where required, the transfer of unclaimed balances to a third party or authority. Details will be set out on the Website.

Chargebacks, Refunds and Bonus-Related Funds

  • Chargebacks: You must not request chargebacks or otherwise reverse deposits without a valid legal basis. Unjustified chargebacks may result in Account suspension, recovery of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Refunds of Bets: Once a Bet is accepted, it will usually stand and cannot be refunded except where the Operator voids it due to error, malfunction, or regulatory requirement. In such cases, the stake may be returned to your Account.
  • Bonus funds on withdrawal: If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements of an active Bonus, the Operator may remove the Bonus and any associated winnings that are not yet withdrawable, crediting only your real-money balance, as set out in the Bonus Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Our Obligations

  • Fairness and integrity: The Operator is committed to ensuring that Games offered on Mr Mega at mrmegis.com are fair and operate in accordance with applicable technical standards. Games use random number generator (RNG) technology and, where applicable, independent testing and certification procedures.
  • Accuracy of results: The Operator will take reasonable steps to ensure that Game outcomes, account balances and transaction histories are accurately recorded and displayed. In the event of any discrepancy, the Operator will investigate and rectify genuine errors in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Regulatory compliance: The Operator operates under UKGC licence 39483 and is required to comply with all applicable licence conditions and codes of practice, including those relating to consumer protection, AML and social responsibility.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Technical issues: The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from interruptions, delays, server failures, network or communication issues, or other technical problems caused by your equipment, your internet service provider, or third-party service providers beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
  • Indirect losses: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or special losses or damages (including loss of profits, business, data or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the Games.
  • Maximum compensation: In any case where the Operator is found liable to you in connection with a Bet or Game, the maximum compensation shall not exceed the amount of the stake or Bet placed on the Game or transaction from which the liability arose. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Your Responsibility

  • Device and connection: You are responsible for ensuring that your device, software and internet connection are compatible with and adequate for using the Website and Games.
  • Record keeping: You should keep your own records of all transactions, Bets and Game outcomes. In the event of dispute, the Operator's records will be used as the primary evidence, subject to your right to challenge them through the complaints and ADR process.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content and Software

  • Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, the Mr Mega brand as used on mrmegis.com, the software, Games, graphics, text, logos, trademarks and other content are owned by the Operator, the Brand Owner, or their licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.
  • Licence to use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Website and Games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.

Prohibited Uses

  • No copying or distribution: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website, the Mr Mega brand or the Games without the prior written consent of the Operator or the relevant rights holder.
  • No reverse engineering: You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise access the source code of any software used on the Website, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
  • Third-party content: Any third-party software or content made available on the Website remains the property of its respective owner and may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by that owner.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Privacy Policy: Your personal data is collected and processed by AG Communications Ltd as data controller in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms and are available on the Website.
  • Legal framework: Personal data is processed in compliance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, as in force and applied up to and including 2025.
  • Purpose of processing: Your data is processed for purposes including account administration, verification, AML and responsible gambling checks, provision of Games and services, and, where you consent, marketing. You should review the Privacy Policy for full details of how your data is handled and your rights.

Changes to Terms

Our Right to Amend

  • Updates and revisions: The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect legal or regulatory changes, improvements to services, or internal policy updates. The "Effective date" at the top of these Terms will show when the latest version took effect.
  • Notification: Material changes will normally be communicated via reasonable means such as a notice on the Website (for example, a banner or pop-up) and/or an email sent to the address registered to your Account.

Your Acceptance of Changes

  • Continuing use: By continuing to use the Website, keeping your Account open or placing Bets after changes to these Terms become effective, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
  • Right to discontinue: If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Website, close your Account and request withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance, subject to any applicable verification checks and legal obligations.

Termination & Suspension

Our Right to Suspend or Close Your Account

  • Breach, fraud and misconduct: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, cancel Bets and/or withhold funds where it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, collusion, money laundering, Bonus abuse, or other unlawful or improper activity.
  • Regulatory and risk reasons: Your Account may also be suspended or closed where required by law or regulation, by a regulatory authority such as the UKGC, or where necessary for responsible gambling or risk management purposes.
  • Investigations: During any investigation into suspected breaches or illegal activity, the Operator may freeze your Account and funds. Following the investigation, the Operator will handle funds in accordance with its legal and regulatory obligations.

Your Right to Close Your Account

  • Closure on request: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure may be temporary (for example, a time-out) or permanent, including self-exclusion, depending on your request and the tools you choose to use.
  • Remaining funds: Subject to any necessary verification checks and applicable laws, the Operator will return any remaining real-money balance to you using a suitable payment method, except where funds are withheld or confiscated in accordance with these Terms or legal requirements.

Consequences of Termination

  • Effect on Bets and Bonuses: On Account closure, pending Bets may be settled or voided in accordance with these Terms and applicable Game rules. Bonuses that have not met their conditions may be cancelled, and associated Bonus funds may be forfeited.
  • Survival of terms: Certain provisions of these Terms, including those relating to outstanding debts, limitation of liability, intellectual property, privacy and dispute resolution, will survive termination of your Account.

  • Courts of England and Wales: You and the Operator agree that the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website, without prejudice to your right to raise a complaint with the UKGC where appropriate.
